A Night to Celebrate the InMode Family

InMode Australia brought together doctors, nurses, dermal clinicians, clinic owners and educators from across the country for the InMode Excellence Awards, held at the Sofitel Sydney on 16 August 2026. The night was full of energy from the moment guests arrived, a warm, celebratory atmosphere that carried through every award announcement, with the room cheering loudly for each recipient.

As Managing Director Dennis Cronje took to the stage, the evening's message was clear: while the technology, treatments and results matter, it's the people behind InMode, the clinicians, partners and educators, who make the community what it is.

This year's awards saw hundreds of submissions across all categories, with entries judged on clinical photography, quality of results, treatment planning and overall patient outcomes.

Centre of Excellence: Dr Lisa Friederich and Australia Plastic Surgery

The InMode Centre of Excellence recognises a clinic that goes beyond exceptional clinical results, one that has become an extension of the InMode family through education and leadership. Since introducing IgniteRF two years ago, Dr Lisa Friederich and the team at Australia Plastic Surgery have opened their doors for hands-on training, live demonstrations and workshops, with plastic surgeons travelling from as far as India and Singapore to learn directly from their clinical experience.

Physician of the Year: Dr Paul Han

InMode Physician of the Year recognises leadership, innovation and a willingness to bring the wider medical community along on the journey. Dr Paul Han has developed his own SMAS Lifting Protocol using MiniFXPRO, played a key role in introducing Picofy and QMode to the Australian market, and represented InMode internationally across Japan, Bangkok, and regional summits throughout Asia-Pacific and Europe. He is currently collaborating with InMode's Global Chief Clinical Officer on a scientific publication addressing the management of challenging scar cases.

Clinician of the Year: RN Kelly Liu

RN Kelly Liu was recognised for her contribution to education across the InMode community — running workshops, live training sessions and supporting major industry events including ACCSM. Beyond her clinical results, Kelly is known for openly sharing her treatment protocols and patient education strategies, becoming a strong advocate for combining Morpheus8 with ASCE+ Exosomes.

Social Media Ambassador Award: TAEGA Clinics and Elixir Skin Fitness

This year, InMode recognised two Social Media Ambassadors for their role in educating patients and building trust in InMode technologies online: TAEGA Clinics, recognised for setting the standard in accessible educational content reaching audiences both in Australia and internationally, and Elixir Skin Fitness, recognised for their consistent showcase of results and genuine advocacy for the technology.

ASCE+ Physician of the Year: Myer Wand, Freskin Beauty

Myer Wand from Freskin Beauty was named ASCE+ Physician of the Year for his advocacy of ASCE+ Exosomes within clinical practice and his role in growing awareness of regenerative aesthetics across the industry.

A Community Built on Generosity and Education

What stood out across every award this year wasn't just clinical excellence, it was the willingness of these clinicians and clinics to share what they've learned with others.
