Dennis Cronje
Dennis Cronje is the Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand who previously served as Managing Director for Palomar Medical and Cynosure Australia and brings an extensive sales and marketing background to this position. Dennis has been involved in light-based technologies for over 15 years and has had experience in the medical industry since 1987.
He has held senior management and directorship positions in sales and marketing, has a qualification in Advanced Marketing, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His passion and commitment to deliver on our promises will guarantee the success of the company and its customers in the ANZ market.
Head of Medical Sales and Marketing
Cherie Yoong
Cherie is Head of Medical Sales & Marketing for InMode Australia & New Zealand, with extensive experience driving growth across the aesthetic, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. She leads the integration of strategic marketing with high-performance sales execution to support brand expansion and product adoption.
Known for her ability to translate market insight into practical strategy, Cherie has led brand campaigns, educational programs and industry events that strengthen engagement and long-term brand loyalty. Her career is marked by multiple industry recognitions, reflecting a strong blend of commercial acumen, team leadership and strategic execution.
Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, underpinning her approach to building scalable growth and high-performing teams.

Greg Cox
Greg Cox is a senior sales leader and solutions specialist with over 30 years experience in the technology and managed services industry across Australia. He has led national sales teams, enterprise partnerships and dealership operations, delivering tailored B2B solutions across SMB to enterprise environments.
Greg is known for driving sustainable revenue growth, building high-performing teams and executing effective go-to-market strategies. With a leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration and commercial insight, he brings a disciplined, people-first approach shaped by both extensive industry experience and a professional AFL background.

Tali Hingst
We are delighted to introduce our new Head of Clinical, Tali Hingst who brings more than 31 years of experience in the aesthetics and medical space. With a career spanning clinic management, tertiary education, and over five years of training alongside InMode, she has a deep understanding of both the science and practice of advanced technologies.
Tali brings her expertise in dermatoscopy for skin cancer detection, as well as supporting clinics across Queensland in recent years. Beyond her professional achievements, she is also a Birth Doula, a unique and personal passion that speaks to her commitment to care and support.

Patricia Amalm
Patricia Amalm is Head of Consumables & Regenerative at InMode Australia & New Zealand, responsible for the clinical strategy, education, and growth of the consumables and exosomes portfolio. With a strong focus on regenerative aesthetics, Patricia partners with clinics to integrate ASCE+ Exosomes alongside energy-based technologies to enhance patient outcomes and long-term results.

Robbie Zhang
Robbie Zhang is a seasoned Operations and Service Leader with over 18 years of experience across medical devices, technology, and fast-paced commercial environments. He brings a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people leadership, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Robbie has extensive experience in service team leadership, territory management, project and product support, troubleshooting, and new product processes, along with a deep understanding of customer and clinical needs. Known for his clear communication style and collaborative approach, he works closely with internal teams, distributors, and customers to deliver reliable solutions and long-term value.
