HOW NOMINATIONS WORK?

Each quarter, clinic owners or managers will be invited to nominate one team member per award category.

All nominations will be reviewed by the InMode team. One winner per state, per category will be selected and will receive a recognition of their achievement.

CATEGORIES

* TOP MORPHEUS8 DERMAL THERAPIST

Recognises dermal therapists who demonstrate consistently high clinical standards when delivering Morpheus8 treatments, with a focus on technique, protocol adherence and patient outcomes.

This award celebrates hands-on treatment excellence,  the therapist’s ability to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality Morpheus8 treatments that contribute to positive patient experiences and visible clinical results.

Nominations should demonstrate measurable clinical performance.

 Key criteria:

  • Consistent delivery of Morpheus8 treatments throughout the quarter
  • High standard of clinical technique and protocol adherence
  • Strong visible patient results and satisfaction
  • Positive contribution to the clinic team and patient journey

Supporting documentation may include:

  • Short written justification outlining why the nominee demonstrates excellence
  • Before & after images (where appropriate and compliant)
  • Treatment logs, case summaries or internal quality benchmarks

* TOP MORPHEUS8 SKIN CONSULTANT

Recognises skin consultants who excel in treatment planning, patient education and conversion, driving measurable growth in Morpheus8 treatments within their clinic.

This award focuses on commercial and consultative performance, rewarding consultants who translate clinical capability into structured treatment plans, strong patient uptake and sustained results for the practice.

Nominations must demonstrate measurable commercial outcomes linked to Morpheus8 consultations.

Key criteria:

  • Sold the highest number of Morpheus8 treatments
  • Ability to build personalised Morpheus8 treatment plans
  • Clear education of patients on outcomes and expectations
  • Strong conversion from consultation to treatment
  • Ongoing patient follow-up and treatment compliance
  • Collaboration with dermal and nursing teams

Supporting documentation may include:

  • Written justification outlining consultative performance
  • Evidence of target achievement or growth (e.g. internal reports, summaries or PDFs)

* TOP ASCE+ EXOSOMES SKIN CONSULTANT

Recognises skin consultants who demonstrate excellence in integrating ASCE⁺ Exosomes into structured treatment and recovery protocols, supporting patient education, confidence and post-procedure care.

This award acknowledges consultants who use ASCE+ Exosomes appropriately within approved topical use, enhancing treatment journeys and patient experience through informed recommendation and protocol-led integration.

Nominations should demonstrate considered, compliant use of ASCE⁺+ Exosomes supported by clear patient communication and documented contribution to recovery outcomes.

Key criteria:

  • Sold the highest number of ASCE+ Exosomes treatment
  • Integration into post-procedure and recovery protocols
  • Strong patient education and confidence in explaining benefits
  • Compliance with approved topical use and aftercare protocols
  • Contribution to improved patient recovery and satisfaction

Supporting documentation may include:

  • Written justification outlining consultative performance
  • Evidence of target achievement or growth (e.g. internal reports, summaries or PDFs)

Clinics may nominate team members for one, two or all three award categories. Nominations can be submitted as individual entries per category. Each category will be assessed independently based on its specific criteria.

Submissions per quarter will close on 2026: April 6th, July 6th, Oct 5th and Jan 7th 2027.
