Arrive with clean skin

On the day of your session, ensure the treatment area is clean. Free from make-up, lotions, and serums. 

Keep hydrated

After your body contouring treatments, it is advised that you drink plenty of water so that your muscles and skin are fully hydrated. This will ensure that your body responds well to the treatment and will help flush out the waste (from the fat cells) out of your body's lymphatic system.  It’s additionally helpful to reduce alcohol intake before and after treatments.

Finish the prescribed number of treatments
